The survey will help you make sure that your dream home will fit on the property with adequate room for a driveway and a side-loading garage.

We recommend partnering with architects and builders who are familiar with the approval process and construction at IOB.

There are two stages to the process – PRELIMINARY & FINAL. Your Architect and Builder will work with you to prepare and present the plans to the ARB. Generally the Design and Approval Process takes two months.
